Vickie of Framers Market & Gallery in front of frame samples

Vickie Sheridan

Vickie is the owner and operator of the Framers Market & Gallery and a custom art framer with an artist’s eye. A watercolorist who has always framed her own work, she trained and worked in two custom frame shops before opening and running her own framing business in Maine. Originally from Ohio and most recently from Maine, she brings that hands-on background to every piece that comes through the gallery.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts from Norwich University in Montpelier, Vermont, and is a Certified Picture Framer. Years in graphic design and layout, paired with a strong sense of color relationships, shape the way she designs frames: precise, balanced, and built to serve the art rather than compete with it. The result is meticulous custom framing that protects the work and presents it at its best.

David of Framers Market & Gallery in front of a wall of frame samples

David Bright

David is Production Manager and a long-time employee of the Framers Market & Gallery, and a big part of the tone of the shop. Originally from Colorado, he developed his framing skills and his personality in the Los Angeles art world, where he produced and showed abstract expressionist paintings and worked for custom framing shops in the high-end market.

He brought that range to Prescott in 1992 and has been part of the local custom framing scene ever since. David joined the Framers Market & Gallery in 1995. Since then he has entertained, cajoled, and kidded with customers while delivering careful, high-quality framing for their art.
